“We were there, but the guide was not! ”

We arrived at the Fiction Bar / Cafe and waited for 30 minutes. The guide was no where to be found! We were very much looking forward to this tour as we were interested in Brooklyn and Williamsburg however, if the tour guide doesn't turn up, it's difficult to do! There was no name or telephone number included in the booking so I could not call the guide, neither was the tour cancelled. I also tried to contact the guide with the link included in the booking, but the link was blank. Very disappointing. Zero points!

No llegaron, nadie apareció en el lugar de encuentro, reservamos el tour de las 4pm de Williamsburg y nadie llegó ni nos avisaron que se cancelaba, en la noche reservamos otro y tampoco llegaron.

“It’s not a free tour”

The locations were mostly really interesting, but I expected so much more, more acts but especially more detailed information about the district and its culture. However this all would be fine, cuz it’s a „free tour“.. wrong, the guid came up to me (he has already left and came back just for that) and asked if I have „paid“ for the tour and insisted I pay and made clear it’s 20€. So make it a paid tour for god sakes and take a fee, instead of this embarrassment. This felt so weird and imposed!
