“Lewis Rockstar ”

“Nice guide but lack of preparation”
The guide was super nice and kind. We arrived late and he waited patiently. During the tour, we had a little accident and he immediately took us to a clinic and waited patiently.
However, the tour wasn't very much prepared and he didn't have a lot of information about the different sights. He took us to a museum and, when we arrived there, the museum was about to close.
The guide has potential, but he needs more preparation.

“Boni was an excellent guide”
Boni was an excellent guide, and as there were just the 4 of our family we let us determine the priorities on the tour. He could not answer every question, but it did not really matter because we had an enjoyable time and were also able to discuss non-tour related topics with him.

“Recommended ”
Boni was my guide and I was the only participant.
Overall was good, the guide customized the tour for me – we skipped the places I was not interested in, and visited others that were not on the agenda.

“disappointing”
The guide didn't explain much. Could have made it by my own. Even in the museums there was a guide from the museum or the guide seemed to be there for the first time, too. He first expected me to buy his tickets, too.
Booking was very complicated because the booking buttons didn't work for many times. Had to write an E-Mail and with that link it finally worked
