Kaso Bilal was the best guide I took a tour with! We started at Fort Jesus, he explains a lot about the history of the city. He’s very flexible and adapted to my requests. He took us to the local spice market, where we had the chance to try and buy the best spices! 100% recommend! Very humble and friendly person!

My mother and I booked the tour and we really got a feel of Mombasa and its history. Kaso Bilal knows the history and how the little details connect in depth and adapted quickly to what we were interested in. We had a pleasant day with him.

I expected a standard free walking tour of two to three hours today, and I’ve done many free walking tours before. But what I experienced with Kasim in Mombasa was truly exceptional. Instead of just a short tour, Kasim spent the entire day with me, showing me around Mombasa. We actually spent the whole day together, and he even introduced me to his family. It felt incredibly personal and special—something I will definitely remember for a long time. Kasim is an extremely kind and thoughtful person, and he helped me discover Kenya in a completely different way. At times, I genuinely felt like a local. He made this free walking tour unforgettable, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend doing this tour with Kasim. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with him, and I’m absolutely happy with how the day turned out. I got to know Mombasa in a way I never expected.

Me and my husband had a great experience in Mombasa thanks to Kaso. He gave us very detailed tour starting from the markets, old city, the tusks and more. We had nice coffee break and a tuktuk ride. Yesterday‘s experience with Kaso was great. We met him at the spice market where he used to work at his family’s shop. Kaso speaks English very well and answered our questions in a way that truly made me understand Kenyan/Swahili culture more. He showed us the main sights of Mombasa as well as some cool „hidden spots“ I wouldn’t have been able to find on my own. If you want to learn more about the city, we really recommend Kaso.
