Three Days Samburu Wild Game Safari

DAY 1: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve. Depart from Nairobi at 0700 hrs and drive north of Nairobi, covering a distance of approximately 310 km. This shall be a scenic journey through the tea, Coffee & sisal plantations. There will be an en-route stopover to view Mount Kenya with its Snow-capped peaks. Your drive shall proceed past the equator, crossing to the semi-arid county of Samburu. Dinner and Overnight at Umoja Camp Samburu. DAY 2: Samburu Full Day Game Drive. Enjoy a full day of unlimited wildlife viewing. Possible sightings include unique wildlife species like Oryx, Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, Gravy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe etc. Your game drives will be along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where most of the wild animals are found. Dinner and Overnight at Umoja Camp Samburu. DAY 3: Samburu National Reserve - Nairobi. Begin the day with an early morning game drive, which gives you a chance to spot the early morning kills from the big five; after the game drive, return to the camp for the main breakfast thereafter heading to Nairobi with a stopover in Nanyuki for lunch. You will arrive in Nairobi with a drop-off at the hotel or the airport.
