“Walking tour of Kigali”
Great co ordination by WhatsApp to meet on time with guide Sandra as the UCI bikes were in town cutting off a lot of streets making it hard to get around
A good 2 hour walk around downtown and surrounding areas with a motorbike ride to cut back on the longer walking taking in downtown ending up in a street food area for a late lunch
Thanks Sandra a great introduction to Rwanda. I will remember it fondly

“Perfect introduction to Kigali”
I did the Free Walking Tour of Kigali with Kalibutous and really enjoyed it. We visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial, the Camp Kigali Memorial, the Kigali Convention Center, and downtown. The only thing I wish is that the tour included a stop to try some local food, but other than that it was super cool.
Sandra, our guide, was really fun and made everything easy to understand. I definitely recommend it! ????

“More a walking + Moto tour”
Our guide put together an outstanding tour. Kigali is quite hilly. Although there are nice sidewalks, the top attractions are somewhat spread apart. The guide took us to the walkable downtown area, then combined that with a trip to a restaurant street in a different neighborhood for lunch, the genocide museum, etc. I noted that some comments mention that the museums can be seen without a guide, that they have guides. That is true. Nevertheless, I think you get a better experience on this tour than doing it alone. Our guide negotiated the local fares for motos (which are very modest) and is very flexible with time. You can customize how many things you want to see and how long to spend. She put together a unique tour for me and my son for this very unique city. Highly recommended.
