“Disappointed ”

I arrived at Jaffa Gate in Old Town at 10:55, waited until 11:15 always checking inside and outside de Town, and nobody arrived! I even sent a message to the guide on the Freetour system, with no avail. I understand this is a special circumstance and that the country is facing a though time, but I wish they had sent a message canceling the tour. It's not nice having the tourist coming all the way to the Old Town in a Shabbat and simply not showing up. I will not recommend Abraham Tours in the future, nor the Freetour site for that matter. Very disappointing posture!

Our guide Alex gave us an incredibly tour through the Old City of Jerusalem. We were told about facts and history of the city in a enjoyable and entertaining way. Very recommended.

“Jerusalem Free Tour - walking 2 hrs”

It was amazing. The guide, Nina, was on time at the exact meeting spot stated with a green umbrella and company t-shirt, so no problems finding. (I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone because the Jaffa gate has many tourists and visitors)She was very informative and touched upon all the highlights. I was with a 13 yr old who said she really enjoyed it as well and learned some things. The tour said 2 hrs, and that is exactly what it was. We were back at the meeting point after 2 hours, and then she helped us with suggestions to continue on and was open for later questions through social media if we needed. Highly recommended.

“Lovely tour”

“Great tour - well prepared”

You should plan to tip 50 - just FYI. Did the entire tour in the rain, which sucked, but lady was very good. I love the dark jewish jokes that all Jews have in Israel lol.

“Fabulous walking tour ”

The tour was well paced and gave a great overview of the four quarters of the old city and their history. Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and engaging, which made the tour a truly enjoyable experience.

“Free walking tour Jerusalem”

Our guide Nana was one of the best tour guides we have had (comparing about 50 group tours). Both knowledgable and enthusiastic as well as lively and friendly. In spite of very cold rainy wi fly weather, she made the tour most enjoyable. Only small suggestion- I got separated from group toward the end and perhaps a raised flag may have assisted. But again-Nana was a superb guide!

“Jerusalem guided tour”

The guide desperately needed a microphone as both my partner and I missed quite a few words while she was explaining. Also, we both thought that the whole thing could be more clearly explained. Otherwise her heart was good and she was very polite .

“it would have been great, but we've lost the guide halfway”

The Guide, Ram was nice and the content was useful, but he walked so quickly between the stops that we could not keep up in the crowd and also in the (to us) unknown streets and stairs of the Old City in Jerusalem. It would have been nice to know our next stop, maybe we could have been able to get there even without the group. We were with a small baby in a carrier, so we could't run. It would have been nice to wait up or check upon the rest of the group if they are lost. Especially as it was a tip based tour, so it would have been the interest of the guide as well not to lose members. :)
