Discover Padrecocha’s rich culture and nature! Meet Indigenous artisans, explore the Maloca, visit Pilpintuwasi, and hike through the lush Communal Reserve. Enjoy local cuisine for an unforgettable Amazonian experience.
Join us on an unforgettable 8-hour Amazonian adventure (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). We begin with hotel or airport pickup, heading to Bellavista river port to take a public boat to Padrecocha. Our first stop is Pilpintuwasi, a Wildlife Rescue Center and butterfly farm, where you’ll learn about conservation efforts and see rescued animals up close. Next, we visit the Kukama Maloca, the cultural center of the Kukama tribe.
Enjoy their traditional music and dances, explore their handmade crafts, and gain insight into their rich heritage. You’ll then take part in a workshop to create a bracelet using Chambira fiber, colorful seeds, and an Ayahuasca talisman. We continue with a 2-hour jungle hike through the Padrecocha communal reserve, learning about Amazonian plants and wildlife. To end the day, you can choose to swim in the Momón River or try piranha fishing.
Experience the Amazon like never before!
