Oslo Contrasts Free Tour

At the appointed time, we will start this free tour of the contrasts of the Norwegian capital next to the Oslo Opera House. From here, we will also admire the Barcode project in Bjørvika, a set of buildings that look like barcodes, and the imposing MUNCH Museum. Next, we will cross the spectacular Akrobaten pedestrian bridge. In just a few steps, you will notice the contrast: we will pass from the most modern and expensive district of the city to areas with a more traditional character. Afterwards, we will enter Grønland, the multicultural heart of the city. This neighborhood is one of the oldest areas of the city, today it is full of spice markets, exotic fruits and international stores that reflect the most diverse face of Oslo. Next, we will visit the Grünerløkka neighborhood, the bohemian soul of the Norwegian capital. Formerly a working-class neighborhood full of textile factories, today it is Oslo's most alternative district. We will walk along the slope of the Akerselva River while we observe how the old industrial buildings have been transformed into art galleries, vintage stores and flea markets. Finally, we will arrive at the BLÅ bar, the jazz and independent music club.
