Join me for a cultural journey to Hisor Fortress, one of the oldest historical sites in Tajikistan, located just a 40-minute drive from Dushanbe. We’ll explore the ancient fortress gates, visit the old madrasa (now a museum), and enjoy a walk through the historic complex that once stood as a major Silk Road stronghold. You’ll also get to see traditional local architecture and rural village scenery. There is an additional cost for entering places like the Fortress and the old madrasa, which is now a museum. The entrance fee is 20 somoni each (approx. 2 USD).
