This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore Carcassonne across 10 iconic locations while following a medieval mystery about a ghost princess. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the city center of Carcassonne and includes many locally known facts that simply cannot be found in a guidebook or a browser search. Starting from the historic city center, the stops are spaced an average of around 200m apart, with each location taking around 8 min to complete. The route also passes through Eglise Saint-Gimer, Notre Dame de La Santé, and Square Gambetta. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location.
