Our free walking tour will take you through the historic heart of Belgrade, where you'll discover the stories, landmarks, and culture that have shaped Serbia’s vibrant capital. We begin in front of the Hotel Moskva on Terazije Square, and from there, we stroll down the lively Knez Mihailova Street, the city’s central pedestrian zone. Our next stop is Republic Square, home to the National Museum, National Theatre, and the famous statue of Prince Mihailo. Your guide will explain the cultural and historical significance of this central location. We then explore Skadarlija, Belgrade’s charming bohemian quarter, known for its cobblestone streets, traditional kafanas, and artistic spirit. From there, we move into Dorćol, one of Belgrade’s oldest neighborhoods, where we stop at the Museum of Vuk and Dositej and see the Bajrakli Mosque, the city’s only surviving mosque from the Ottoman period. Next, we head to the breathtaking Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress, which is rich in history and symbols of Belgrade, including the Victor Monument.
