Things to do Free Tour Cádiz: History, Anecdotes and Curiosities
In this tour we will walk through the most emblematic corners of Cadiz and I will tell you the exciting history surrounding the oldest city in the West, enlivened with curious stories and anecdotes of the city. Throughout these 2.5 hours you will learn how to identify the house of a shipper of the Indies, you will know some jewels of our heritage hidden to the naked eye and you will know why Cadiz was the only city in Spain where Napoleon could not enter, among many other things! From our meeting point next to the town hall, in Plaza San Juan de Dios, let me guide you through our 3000 years of history in a dynamic and entertaining way so you can get to know much better the Cadiz of today and the leading role we had in the past, making a special stop to talk about "La Pepa", the first Spanish Constitution of 1812. - The tour will depart with a minimum of 5 people. - Dog friendly. You can come with your pet, since the whole route is outdoors.

Excellent tour, excellent guide (Victoria). Victoria showed us in 2,5 hrs the most important places of Cadiz. Everywhere she told us about its history (rich) and its beauty (also things one does not see without pointed out). In that effort she was tiredness enthousiastic, was able to have a nice interaction with us and always talking ‘the exact length’ (enough detail, never too long). Her English is perfect. Certainly a recommendable tour!
