This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore the city across 14 iconic locations while following a mystery thriller story filled with historical facts. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the city centre of Aarhus and includes many locally known facts that simply cannot be found in a guidebook or a browser search. Starting from the waterfront to the historic old town, the stops are spaced an average of around 200m apart, with each location taking around 8 minutes to complete. The route also passes through the Domkirke, the Latin Quarter, and Møllestien. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location. DISCLAIMER: No Guide will be waiting; this is a self-guided activity. The full route covers approximately 2.7 km and takes around 1 hour 46 minutes to complete.
