Pablo Picasso is the world´s most famous artist originally from Malaga, the 20th century´s best known genius and the pioneer of Cubism, one of the most influential vanguard artists in the art world. Our Private Picasso Malaga Tour will allow us to explore the deep footprint left by the artist in his home town and we will re live the painter´s fascinating life and enjoy some of his works first hand.

Our first stop is the Malaga Picasso Museum, the most visited museum in Andalucia. Our Spanish speaking guide will accompany us around the many rooms and explain in detail what lies hidden behind the works of the genius as well as other interesting facts and anecdotes relating to his life.

En route to his birthplace we will find the Iglesia de Santiago Apóstol, a church of great historical importance where the artist was baptised in 1881 and still preserves the baptismal font used. Once in Plaza de la Merced, the artist awaits us for a photo: the statue of Picasso shows him sitting on a bench with a pencil and notepad whilst he observing everything around him.

We will also find the Museo Picasso Málaga Foundation - Birthplace Museum in this same square, the house where the artist was born and lived up until the age of 10.
